DIY Lovely Wreath Made From Pages Of A Book

Spread the love

I just love projects made from books.  My brain is running wild thinking of all the different variations possible with this DIY book page wreath.  You can paint the pages with water colors, paint glue on the tips of the wreath and add glitter or add embellishment for a holiday or season.  This creative wreath came from Vintage, Paint and More…

Good morning friends.
I have a tutorial for you this morning.

Last year I made a rather large book page wreath to hang over our mantel.

I am in love with it and everyone that sees it has fallen in love with it.
Needless to say I have had many requests on how to do this.
I had found the instructions on the Internet
but,
alas when I went to find them to give to others they are no where to be found.
So, today I have written a tutorial on how to make one.
Be fore warned this post is picture heavy however,
when I was trying to make mine
there were very few pictures and I had a little trouble.
So, in order to make it a little easier for others I have taken a lot of pics
to try to show each and every step.
So, let’s get to it….
You will need:
An old book preferably with some brown discolored aging
going on – on the edges of the pages.
I used this old Reader’s Digest Condensed Books Book given to me.
You will also need
stapler
glue gun and glue sticks
about a 10″ piece of twine
a piece of foam core
(I got mine at Dollar Tree)
