Fabulous Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwiches DIY

I LOVE sandwiches made from leftovers at Thanksgiving!  The first one I ever had was at Starbuck’s believe it or not.  I’ve been hooked ever since.  Ham?  Turkey?  Or Both?  You can’t go wrong with this sandwich.  I haven’t tried it with mashed potatoes but my daughter digs it.  Thanks to Rachael Ray and Food Network for the recipe.
