This DIY zucchini noodle recipe looks tasty and easy to make. It’s the same type of idea as spaghetti squash so you can serve it with sauce. You can have a great meal without all the gluten and carbs like pasta. Thanks to Mom 4 Real for the fantastic recipe idea.
These zucchini noodles, also known as zoodles are delicious, healthy and super easy to make!
I am definitely finding myself in cooking mode over here, like last night when I made Cilantro Lime Rice for the first time. I’m ready to switch things up and try some new recipes to add in with our normal ones. One of the things I really struggle with is finding vegetables to serve with our meals that the kids will actually eat. They would live off of my No Boil Baked Mac and Cheese if I’d let them, but come on now. Sometimes you need to eat something green. I have to tell you…I was a little skeptical of the new vegetable noodle craze, but dang! These zucchini noodles or zoodles as some call them are actually delicious! I’ve seen them served raw with some dressing, but I wanted to try them cooked. They turned out amazing and both Kate and Matt loved them! Cam was out on these…he’s 17 and wouldn’t even try them though. They are so easy to make, and hopefully they will give you an additional healthy option to serve to your family too! They are a terrific alternative to pasta too!
