Make Your Tastebuds Water With A PB&J Souffle DIY
I was trying to find an unique recipe for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but stumbled across this souffle recipe and became intrigued. This DIY recipe will be a great treat for any PB&J lover. The recipe does not mention jelly but the photograph has jelly on top of the finished souffle. Thanks to Recipes 2 All for the amazing idea.
A great creamy souffle with peanut butter, cream tartar…. For 4 soufflés:
Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 T flour
1/4 cup sugar (plus extra to sprinkle in ramekins)
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
4 egg whites
pinch of saltpinch of cream of tartar
