Grab A Rotisserie Chicken To Make Quick and Delicious Enchiladas DIY

Sometime I want to cook a great dinner but don’t have time to stand at the stove.  Using a rotisserie chicken in a recipe saves a lot of time.  Or maybe you don’t like to cut raw chicken.  This fits the bill for either reason.  Enchiladas are one of my favorite meals to make.  Thanks to Six Sister’s Stuff for the recipe.
